About us

V-STUDIO Creative Group was established in January 2005. In the five years of our existence, we have proved to be a team of professionals recognizing a business approach on the part of each of our team members. This makes our projects grow both in terms of quantity and quality every year.

In this section, you will learn in detail about the achievements we can be rightfully proud of as well as people helping us achieve success and prosperity. We would like to say a special thank you to all of them.

2010
- In January 2010, we celebrated our first jubilee – our 5^th anniversary!
- In February 2010 we launched a new version of our website and are proud to present a brand new concept of our corporate design.
- We are happy to inform you that we will be at the Frankfurt BookFair this year, October 7th—9th.
2009
- The Ukraine 3000 International Charity Fund awarded our Magic Ukraine project with a special prize, Unique Ukraine, at the Publishers’ Forum in Lviv in September 2009. The Fund awards this prize for the best book on history and culture by tradition. Magic Ukraine is a unique edition published in the form of a photo album telling the readers about Ukraine’s nature and history as well as presenting interesting museums and unique monuments. The Ukraine 3000 Foundation purchased a part of the pressrun to distribute the book free of charge among educational and children’s institutions in Ukraine.
- Our UKRAINE project consisting of five books was recognized as the best published series of encyclopedias in 2009 and was awarded a commemorative diploma at the Publishers’ Forum in Lviv in September 2009.
2008
- In 2008, our author Tatiana Lagunova won a grant for publishing a guide to Ukraine in the form of a photo album at the Business Sharks Reality Show on ICTV, one of Ukrainian TV channels. This project was a product of joint activities of the V-Studio Creative Group and FIM Group. We greatly appreciate financial support and assistance rendered by General Director of the FIM Group Oksana Yelmanova in the course of preparing the book.
2007
- Experts from the Book World, the 9^th International Book Fair in Kyiv, recognized two of our projects at once to be the best children’s encyclopedias in 2007. They won two Nestor the Chronicler statues and diplomas for the 1^st and 2^nd places. Our book entitled Amazing Birds of the World from The Golden Section series won the 1^st place (text by V.V. Miroshnikova).
- Our book entitled The World of Invertebrates from The Naturalist’s Notes series won the 2^nd place (compiled by T.S. Zhabskaya).
- Our The Most Interesting Facts about Ukraine project was recognized as the best children’s illustrated encyclopedia in 2007 and was awarded a commemorative diploma at the Publishers’ Forum in Lviv in September.
2006
- We presented our My Country is Ukraine project prepared jointly with the Family Leisure Club Publishing House live on the ERA Radio in Kiev on June 19, 2006. Our designer Julia Blokha and one of the project authors Tatiana Lagunova took part in the live program. Working at the encyclopedia, going on ethnographic expeditions, meeting interesting people and so on – all this was a nice experience for the entire team of the V-Studio Creative Group, and our team shared this experience with the listeners.
- Our The Animal Kingdom encyclopedia was recognized as the best children’s illustrated encyclopedia in 2006 and was awarded a commemorative diploma at the Publishers’ Forum in Lviv in September.
2005
- Our Earth – Space – Universe project (text by G.V. Zheleznyak) was recognized as the best children’s book in 2005 and won a Nestor the Chronicler statue at the Book World, the 7^th International Book Fair in Kyiv.
